|Panna cotta is one of life's guilty pleasures: made in a second but still delicious. By adding coffee to the recipe, panna cotta is elevated from wonderful to simply divine. It's good in summer, when we'd love some coffee but don't want to drink something hot, as well as in winter, when it's too cold for ice cream.|
Click the play button to see the EXACT step-by-step process:
First brew some strong coffee. Use your Apollo Premium Manual Grinder to get the perfect grind for your brew. While it’s brewing put your gelatin in water to soften up.
Pour the cream into your sauce pan, and add the vanilla, cutting a line down the whole length of the pod, opening it, and scraping the inside into the pan.
Pour the sugar in, stir, and leave until everything comes to a boil.
When the cream boils, remove it from the stove. Remove the vanilla pod an
d mix in the gelatin until it’s dissolved.
Now comes the coffee: pour and mix about 150 ml into the cream mixture.
That’s all she wrote! Just pour the cream into the 6 cups and for that cherry on the top sprinkle a few chocolate chips or coffee beans over each bowl of panna cotta.
All that’s left is setting, so put it in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
Bon apetit! 🙂
